THE ONE.
As an Animal Science student, I am forever lobbing around my macbook, work and various other essentials. If i'm going to lectures or even travelling home for the weekend, I don't want my outfit to be hindered by a mediocre bag. I wanted something that would go with everything while adding an extra element to each look. When I saw this tote in an Armani Exchange store window, I had to have it! It fit the bill perfectly and i'm not ashamed to say that it is now my pride and joy.

Armani Exchange Pebbled Leather Tote Bag
This bag's manifest class and practicality has made it a key part of my day-to-day life. The black pebbled leather gives it a softness that contrasts the sleek polished panels. Brassy hardware brings masculinity and makes it more casual, while retaining an overall sharp appearance. With both a shoulder strap and handle it's not only functional, but can be held in a way that best suits the particular outfit. As you'd expect, the key is in the quality and durability, it looks as perfect now as it did the day I bought it. One of THE best buys iv'e ever made.

Unfortunately for you guys this bag is from the AW14 collection HOWEVER, i've found a fantastic American alliterative:   Sam Crossbody in Pebbled Leather - Coach - New York (£345)

TIME TO STYLE IT UP!
The outfit i'm wearing here is plain, simple and bang on trend. It's an ideal, smart daytime look for this spring. Better still, it fuels my love of all things monochrome! The navy-esq T-shirt gives understated distinction to this look. It's perfect for this outfit and can be picked up from Primark for just £4 (ideal when you're investing in a designer bag!).

I've gone for my staple River Island sid-stretch skinnies in black (£30 - RI). They look great rolled up with this pair of RI snakeskin-effect plimsoles that tribute the pebbled leather of the tote. It would work equally well with a pair of black canvas plimsoles, available from many highstreet stores.

Fifty Shades of Grey

As you can see these Emporio Armani shades deliver a sophisticated, sleek and crisp finish to the look. The cool, grey gradient blends in well here and the high-gloss finish looks ultra chic. I would always advise you to try before you buy with sunglasses. For me, these EA shades are my accessory of choice this spring/summer.
